Base price is fixed (in local currency). . But does vary by origin. Carrier cash surcharges can vary. Real govt taxes are the same.

Planning to buy nested returns and/or OW RTW? Will be many options, including with non OW airlines.
From wikipedia for Jakarta CGK no non stop LON-CGK flight. What route/airline are you planning (or booked)? Qatar QR? Oneworld airlines may not have the best pricing.
Similarly no GCK-BNE non stop flights. Via SYD or MEL? Or even via Asia?

To get between Europe and Asia I'd recommend digging through the last year or so in the Premium fares forum. There's no need to fly economy on that sector.
RJ has pretty good business fares from several European gateways to BKK and KUL, easy to get to CGK from either. BER and MAD have come up recently, I also remember seeing ARN.
UL has a good fare from AUH to CGK
QR has a good one from ZAG to BKK
There are quite a few good fares ex-CAI to Asia or Australia (someone recently posted a QR one way from CAI to MEL)
Just a little homework in that forum will provide you with lots of good options to avoid 12+ hours of flying in economy. You won't find very many good ones ex-LON because of the high UK APD on premium cabins, you need to locate outside of the UK to avoid that. Avois are a good way to accomplish that.
