OW Policy on bumped flights?
I was recently involuntarily rebooked by BA onto an Icelandair flight due to a late arrival of my incoming BA flight.
What is general policy in such circumstances? It was a BA ticket booked in J and I'm accruing to QF.
No miles have accrued for the leg and QF has rejected the retro-claim.

there should be the possibility of an original routing credit with QF - I don't know the details but someone on the QF board may be able to help https://www.australianfrequentflyer....outing-credit/
this is different from a retro claim as such, if you retro claim for the original BA flight using the normal missing points functions this would explain the rejection. that process is usually where you were on the flight but it didn't credit.
