Lounge access for UL J class at CGK?

Plaza Premium it is, personal experience twice in the last two weeks.
The lounge is OK, there are, however, caveats. When delays occur, the screens don't display the new expected departure time, and when time passes the original time, the flight disappears from the screens in the lounge (and airport). This could have been easy to overcome with a sound system adequate for it's purpose. Even locals confirmed they could barely catch half of the message content. The airline apps are not really updated either, for which of course the lounge can't be blamed
