New Oneworld explorer Tool

I am sure some people have already checked out the New Oneworld tool with what seems to be a AI chat I found it useful as it gave me a B- class fare from OSL for NOk 66.185 for 5 continents Would this be a fare price

kind regards

It's just an AI front-end to the regular booking tool.
NOK66,185 is the base fare for a 5-continent business class Oneworld Explorer (a DONE5).

I played with the AI front end some time ago. I found it painful to use, especially its insistence on re-ordering your cities every time you made a change.

I just tried it out again with a simple ex-Cairo itinerary (CAI-LON-NBO-DOH-ATL-LAX-MEL-PER-LON-CAI)
It flagged the error of 3 stopovers in the continent of origin.
So I removed DOH
It then flagged a totally made-up error - "Your trip may not include two stops in London without visiting any other city in Europe-Middle East. I am dropping one of the visits to London."

At which point, I gave up on it.

Is having 2 stopovers in Europe (eg LON) then transferring through DOH a known issue?

I posted this in another thread but BA are using the OW website to validate my itinerary and are claiming a 2h50 transfer in DOH counts as a stopover. Are they right or is this a known bug?

If they are right, it seems weird that OW RTW fares have a different stopover definition to the rest of the industry.

No, it is not a known issue. I delved further, and using the ordinary tool (i.e. not using the AI-interface) the error message did not appear.

2h50 is most certainly not a stopover. So BA is wrong. AFAIK it is not a known bug.
