PDX-LHR lounge access

PDX-LHR lounge access
I"m OWE traveling from PDX-LHR on BA so I should have access to the AS lounge in PDX, but it looks like the BA flight leaves from a different terminal (PDX under construction). does that mean I have to pass security in the Lounge terminal and then exit to pass security in the departure terminal. it is only a 3 minute walk between terminal security points.
