Looking at the Oneworld lounge site, I see the Qatar lounge policy is: "For Qatar Airways and oneworld First and Business class ticketed revenue customers only. Guests are not permitted."
So this would mean an Avios reward ticket in BA Business/Club would not be permitted? So my best bet would be the BA & QF lounges?

Can anyone 100% confirm that BA Avios redemption tickets in Business Class will gain access to QR's lounge? Thanks.

It was already pretty quiet when we got in, but once the QR flight to Doha was boarding, there were less than 10 people left! So clearly very few BA business passengers are aware that they can access this lounge. It's a hidden gem - fantastic a la carte dining and Tattinger champagne, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean toilets & showers.

And I am sitting in the QR J lounge now. It is small but excellent service. On entry the man on the reception said I could also use the BA lounge so as I am here 4 hours I may do so.
On entry a waiter showed me around even though its small and as I wandered about seeing whats what a further two asked to help me by getting drinks or food. Settled with a pot of tea that true to form came with hot milk!
I am on a AY flight, BA ticketed redemption.
