Fast track at LAX?

Fast track at LAX?
According to the oneworld website, Fast Track is available in T4 and TBIT at LAX. However, when checking in with Cathay Pacific, I've never been offered any fast track services, and I'm not sure if I've seen any fast track queues.

I arrived at T4 2 months ago, but didn't see a single sign of fast track despite me being on the lookout. However , turned out to be no queue since only my flight was arriving...
