Very Basic Question - Moving Miles over to Different OW Carrier?
Apologies for my lack of knowledge on this subject, but I am basically wondering if I would be able to swap FFP from QR to CX and transfer my current miles and points? I don't have loads but it was obviously save starting from scratch.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Very simple answer: No.
(Well there might be some obscure route of transferring miles through one or more other programmes (e.g. a hotel scheme) but you would expect to lose at least 75% of the value in the process.)

But some exceptions. Very few ffp's allow transfer to other ffp.
Virgin Australia VA & Singaore SQ do, but at a very bad exchange rate.
A few on https://www.points.com/ at a horrendous exchange rate. Used to be able to look without signing up, but not now.

Avois as a common ff currency can be moved from/to BA/IB/Avois.com (and Aer Lingus?) subject to t&c's. But not status.
