request for critique of rtw itinerary

I would be most grateful for a critique of the following rtw d class itinerary:

mpm-doh-jfk-gig-jfk-hnd-sin-cmb-hkg-ctu-doh-psa-hel-doh-lhr-jnb-cpt

The first three segments were flown beginning April 27 2017. The continuation of the journey would be at the beginning of 2018. The tickets were issued by BA in South Africa. I would have to reissue with them or perhaps ask the AA rtw desk to take over. There are no particular cities that are obligatory except the first unflown segment gig-jfk. The objective is more tourism than mileage. I am open to suggestions for different cities or routes. For 2018 I have no first choice of loyalty program, but I already have gold status with BA (apparently valid until May 2019; earning period begins 08 April). I usually fly routes like the one above in J or F. I very seldom fly domestic in the USA. The domestic free upgrade privilege of AA is not of interest to me, although the e-VIPs might be. My sincere thanks in advance for any ideas or recommendations.
