Aer Lingus

Dumb question but I don't fly oneworld.

Do you earn AA miles for cheap tickets on Aer Lingus, ORD-DUB. This is not my ticket it is a co-workers.

Ant help would be appreciated.

Select Aer Lingus from the airlines listed here to see what qualifies.

Only B, H, K and Y earn mileage (at 100%). All others, which means anything cheap, earn zero (if you can get an AA codeshare instead it would earn mileage as AA is much more generous than Aer Lingus).
