THE PERFECT 4 CONTINENT OWE RTW

Dear All!

I am planning a RTW tour this year and I get lost in the rules&resctictions of all the RTW ticket offers!
I realized that the best offer is the One World Explorer.
So I will need your help to maximize my trip starting from Europe, touching Asia, Australia and South America...

So here is my MUST SEE LIST.
Question; can I fit all these in this ticket??? thanks a lot in advance! Best Regards to all, BUNYI

START FROM BUDAPEST

LONDON

RIO
EASTER ISLANDS
BUENOS AIRES
LIMA

AUCKLAND
SYDNEY
PERTH
DARWIN

TOKYO
HONG KONG
BEIJING
SINGAPORE

HELSINKI

FINISH IN BUDAPEST

bud-lon-eze-lim-scl-ipc-scl-akl-syd-drw-
per-syd-sin-hkg-pek-hkg-nrt-lon-hel-bud

You either have to skip Rio or just buy a round trip ticket from Buenos Aires. Runs about 300 euro. There might be a way of doing all LIM, IPC, RIO, EZE that I missed, but I doubt it.

Well you'd have to pay the supplement (USD150 per segment) for the two extra segments in South America but you could do it all within 20 segments:

bud-lon-eze-lim-scl-gig-scl-ipc-scl-akl-syd-drw-per-syd-sin-hkg-pek-hkg-nrt-hel-bud

You could also do:
bud-lon-mad-lim-eze-gru/gig-scl-ipc-scl or
BUD-LON-GIG/GRU-EZE-LIM-SCL-IPC-SCL-etc,

then pick up a cheap GIG-GRU segment, alhough may involve an overnight in GRU, negating any savings of buying the 2nd SA segment.

You can't do ...akl-syd-drw-per-syd-sin. Only one trip between syd-drw and per-syd is allowed. You could do any of the following:

akl-bne-drw-per-syd-sin
akl-syd-drw-per-bne-sin
akl-syd-drw-per-sin
akl-syd-per-drw-bne-sin
akl-syd-per-drw-sin

And several other iterations I didn't list.

Hmmm... well the rule is:

83N . 7. WITHIN AUSTRALIA - 1 NONSTOP OR SINGLE PLANE
84N . FLIGHT PERMITTED BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING
85N . CITIES:
86N .
87N . BNE/CNS/SYD AND PER
88N . EXCEPTION - NO RESTRICTION BETWEEN SYD-PER FOR
89N . PASSENGERS ORIGINATING PER OR NEW ZEALAND WHEN
90N . IN CONJUNCTION WITH TRAVEL TO/FROM AFRICA
91N .
92N . MEL/SYD AND DRW

Is there a logical AND or a logical OR at line 91? It's not totally clear to me.

I agree but it seems that it is being interpreted as not allowing both. I believe past messages here have so indicated.

According to QF website http://www.qantas.com.au/regions/dyn...eworldExplorer it is an OR, not an AND.

Fair enough. You can also avoid the restriction using AKL-MEL-PER-DRW-SYD.
