How much is Concorde Upgrade in AONE?

First of all, a BIG THANK YOU to all those who helped me in previous posts in answering my questions as well as asking me some so that I could better tailor my trip. I am EXP through 2005 and owe it to you guys (and girls possibly).

It was so good, I decided to try and mix it with my plans to fly the Concorde before it got scrapped. Therefore my question, how much is the Concorde upgrade when using BA transatlantic? I know I will not accrue AA miles but figured doing a AONE3 would be the best way to experience this marvellous aircraft.

Hopefully one day in a trip report I will explain the lessons learned, what worked best, where I got lucky and how I am still fighting for a couple of segments that did not post correctly.

USD 1800 additional for an AONE (and USD 2900 additional for DONE). If you go hope it is LHR-JFK as that is a much better flight than JFK-LHR. Here is the rule

FIRST CLASS PASSENGERS MAY TRAVEL ON BA CONCORDE FLIGHTS FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF USD1800.00/GBP1080.00/AUD2850.00/CAD2780.00/HKD13950/FIM10000/ESP275000/IEP1380/EUR1695 PER FLIGHT SEGMENT. BUSINESS CLASS PASSENGERS MAY TRAVEL ON BA CONCORDE FLIGHTS FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE USD2900.00/GBP1750.00/AUD4600.00/CAD4480.00/HKD22450/IM16000/ESP450000/IEP2250/EUR2745 PER FLIGHT SEGMENT

Wow-save 10% paying USD $1,800 rather than EUR 1695 (=USD $2,008).

Are there any restrictions on which currency to use? In other words, can a European traveler arrange the payment through a US travel desk to save the 10%?

I expect you will be charged in the same currency as that used to purchase the RTW ticket.

I think they always start with USD or GBP - my only personal experience was a ticket ex-Canada and the Concorde adder was specifically in USD.
