Do you mean Papua New Guinea? You can't on a Oneworld Explorer but you can with a Global Explorer using QF codeshare flights on PX.
Bear in mind that Global Explorer is mileage based.

Yes, Papua New Guinea (Port Moresby). Bummer, I wonder when QF stopped flying their own metal there, I remember there being a clause in the OWE rules saying multiple departures from Oz were possible when going to PNG. The GlobEx fares also now have the 20-segment limit, correct?

QF scrambled all their own aircraft that they could get their hands on to fly domestic routes and got BA, CX and others such as PX to fly codeshares or wet lease aircraft to them . Obviously this coincided with the international travel downturn post Sept 11.
PX codeshare is one that has just stuck since then.
