Including JNB and SEZ in OWE
A thread in the archives suggested JNB-NBO-SEZ as a way to get to a couple of popular African destinations as part of a OWE.
A quick pass at the CX d/l timetable shows the first leg served by a Kenyan based regional (apparently BA owned?) and the next served by BA65, which has the limitation "online stopover traffic only".
What does it take to meet this reqm't?

However, as the ticket itself is an owe you may be able to include it as one of the Afican segments. Closest example I can think of is QF operated JFK-LAX (or vv). In theory you can't buy a ticket for this by itself but I have used it as one of my NA segments a number of times on several owe's.

Just doublechecking the reverse.. Our RTW includes LHR-MRU-(open jaw to SEZ)-NBO-JNB. Seeing the same restrictions on the SEZ-NBO leg. This itinerary will have to include a stop in NBO as the flight arrives late and the NBO-JNB segment leaves the next morning.. This routing is ok, correct?

Fishbait, MRU and SEZ are considered one stopover, JNB will be considered one, and you have one more. So you can stop in NBO anyway. Assuming you have two segments, you can actually go to several places like Lusaka, Harare, Mombasa, Djibouti, Llongwe. Sorry if I misspelled any. You just can't connect through South Africa (so cuts out places like Windhoek and Victoria Falls), or through Joburg within South Africa (so Durban, Capetown, etc are excluded).

Fishbait - which is the originating country/continent for your ticket? Darren's comment is valid if it is South Africa, but otherwise, stopovers are totally irrelevant - it is segments that count.
