Does Iberia bump?

I am on BA 7062 on February 23. I just looked up how full the flight is and saw this: C9 D9 I0 Y0 B0 H0 K0 M0 V0 N0. Do European carriers bump travelers? If so, what kind of compensation is usually offered?

Look in the E.U. web page and so a search as to what is mandatory. Otherwise I posted a link in the BA forum (it's in the 3+ page thread about the $20 fares) back in December.

Thank you for the quick reply. I do not yet have seat assignments for that flight. Is there a way to check in online or over the phone? I think I can do that for BA flights from the US, but I'm not sure about codeshares intra-Europe.
