Circle Pacific Questions

Hi All,

I am thinking about doing a Circle Pacific First Class routing sometime in the future. The rules on Fewmiles' site are not clear to me, so I have a few questions.

1. Must the ticket be paid for and issue in the country of origin to get the fare from that country (as is the case with a OWE)?

2. Can you include domestic or regional routes as part of this ticket without incurring an extra fee?

This is my starting idea for a routing:

AKL-(Lan Chile)-SYD-(Cathay)-HKG-(Cathay)-SIN-(Cathay)-HKG-(Cathay)-SFO-(American)-JFK--(Lan Chile)-SCL-(Lan Chile)-GIG-(Lan Chile)SCL-(Lan Chile)-AKL

Any help would be appreciated!
