what does it mean to OW (esp. AA and BA)
now that EU is giving United/Lufthansa and
KLM/NW anti-trust immunity? what's the
difference between having and not having
anti-trust immunity?

Not too much, practically speaking, IMHO!

They can get tohether on pricing matters and such without any fear of prosection!
