Oneworld RTW question
Dear OW experts,
I have a few questions to ask and since Fewmiles' excellent website is closed temporarily, I will post these questions here.
I plan to do a Oneworld RTW departing from NZ. What are my options in getting from AKL to LHR? I will like to fly AKL-SYD-HKG-LHR (to fly CX daytime flight), but will this routing take away my option in flying back to Asia? I will only transit at Hong Kong, but will this routing mean that I have already stopped in Asia and cannot return to it. Or can it just be a transit stop?
About N.American routing, I can only fly one transcontinental flight. Will YYZ-LAX on AA consider a transcon flight? Or will East Coast to Las Vegas flights consider transcon?
Thanks for your help!
BTW, is there a new link for Fewmiles' website?
Thanks again,
Carfield

I have had that cery same itinerary. Once you transit HKG to go to Europe from South West Pacific, this is NOT considered a stop in Asia but a transit. But in terms of backtracking from europe to asia,I am not sure if that is permitted or not.
