backtracking in a RTW

Hi can i backtrack on a RTW?

Travelling ex MEL, I need to travel to JFK, TLV, YYZ, in that order, plus making a couple extra stops in USA on the way home. My options are basically buying the RTW (that will cover the distance/segments), flying MEL-EUROPE-JFK-TLV-YYZ-USA-MEL. Can i backtrack like this? does such a RTW exist?

My other option would be do a rtw and in the middle either by a round trip ticket ex EAST coast North America - TLV, or stop in TLV on my RTW, and buy a ticket ex TLV, roundtrip to NYC.

any ideas?

Thanks alot,
Goodo

Sorry, no, I don't know of any rtw that would let you cross an ocean twice.
