Global Explorer

Could someone explain this rule in the Global Explore to me:

BACKTRACKING BETWEEN REGIONS AS DEFINED UNDER
131N . APPLICATION IS NOT PERMITTED.
132N . EXCEPTION - ASIA MAY BE PASSED THROUGH
133N . TWICE PROVIDED THAT ONE OF THE DEPARTURES/
134N . ARRIVALS IN ASIA IS A TRANSIT WITHOUT
135N . STOPOVER IN CONJUNCTION WITH TRAVEL
136N . BETWEEN THE SOUTWEST PACIFIC AND EUROPE.

Are the regions TC1,TC2, and TC3? or are they the continents as decribed in the OneWorld Explore fare? Specifically i am wondering if i can do:

HKG - JFK(stop) - EZE (STOP) - MIA - IAD (STOP) - LHR (STOP) - HKG

I know the two NA stops are not permited under the OWE, but are the allowed under the GlobalExplorer. For the matter since there is no "2 NA entries with one as a transit" exception would i be forced to fly from SA straight to EU?

I'm not sure about the NA part but the rule you have quoted is the same as for OWE and applies to specific continents. The rule is for single plane service SWP to Europe or transfer through an asian port with no stopover. I am about to get an OWE reissued to take advantage of this rule (originally I flew SYD-NRT on QF then transfered to the BA flight NRT-LHR, roughly a 5 hour layover).

Hope that helps.
