Question regarding RTW rule

Can someone help interpret this Global Explorer fare rule? I'm interested in this fare as it allows you to book some non-OW codeshare services (since QF have discontinued their AKL-PPT service). Thanks.

This just says that overall you have to travel in a continuous direction, either eastward or westward, you can't, for example, go from Australia to Europe via North America and back via South America. Within a contintent some backtracking is permitted.
