It's been 5 years since I did one. I have to go to BKK and maybe HKG and the J on CX isn't much less than a OW Circle Pacific. Thinking of this itinerary to rack up miles (and requal for AA PLT) while I am at it.

I am not sure if there is anyway to cross the South Pacific except for the QF SYD-AKL-EZE flight. There is no oneworld-operated flight between Australia/NZ and PPT.

Any thoughts as to add more miles?
