16+ Segment Ticket by AA *NOT* Handwritten!
I had read some time ago that AA was handwriting RTW tickets with 16+ segments. My original itinerary was in fact handwritten on blank AA ticket stock but, after making a number of changes, it has now been printed on the standard magnetic striped coupons like any other "paper" ticket. And yes, it is still 16+ segments!
It is far easier to read than the original version and certainly looks more "official" as well.
