South Korea's Asiana Airline plans to make a decision soon on joining either oneworld or Star Alliance.

I guess they'll be joining OW, because they already have quite an extensive codeshare agreement with AA. Also, the fact that Korean Air is already in an alliance (albeit not a very significant one) probably presses them a bit to hurry up and join someone.
