Access to AA lounge at JFK?
On Wednesday I'll be flying from JFK to YUL. I'm BA Silver/OneWorld Sapphire, which claims access to 230 lounges. AFAIK the flight is economy only (my ticket says Y class, J basis) but I am entering (monday)/leaving (thursday) north America on J class BA flights.
The AA flight to YUL is departing from terminal 9 on AA5177. My question is: will I have access to an AA (admirals?) lounge? BA seem to say yes, but AA implies no for USA to Canada flights. Anyone out there with experience?

Don't worry, you can have access for Admiral's Club. AA discriminates against their own flyers by denying access to AA Gold/Plat/Exp on North American flights. They do grant access for other OneWorld elite members.
Your flight number looks like a codeshare though, possibly an Eagle flight.

For sure that is an Eagle flight. Please pray the night before for not having any thunderstorm, or else you will be staying up in the air for an hour longer. Last time when I flew to JFK from YUL on AA Eagle, there was a thunderstorm in NY, I was like riding a WWII war plane, circling in the air with no announcement from the pilots. The only flight attentent was trying to comfort the passengers, but obviously he was scared too.
