...if OP has an access to JAL First Class Lounge. If not JAL Sakura Lounge (business class lounge) is the best among OW lounges at NRT.
P.S. First Class lounge for JL is simply called JAL First Class Lounge, not Sakura First Class Lounge. Business class lounge is called Sakura Lounge.

Hmmm. Toro (トロ) describes certain parts of Maguro (鮪) fish which is Tuna. So, JAL First Class lounge at NRT used to serve Tuna Sushi and yesterday downgraded to serve Tuna Sushi? 
Toro (トロ) describes fatty part of tuna meat, where non-fatty part of tuna is called Akami (赤身). Are you saying that JAL First Class lounge changed their Shushi Neta (寿司ネタ, sushi ingredients) from Toro (トロ) to Akami (赤身)?
