100k Promotion Postings

Just to let you know it works. I have just completed 3 carriers (AA,CX,CP) since Oct 1. All were listed to my AA flier account. AA has credited my mileage account with 25k "ONEWORLD 3 PARTNER BONUS". That is posted immediately following my third carrier. Ironically they must not be too cautious about the marketed/operated rule because while the ticket was CP flight number but the aircraft was not a OneWorld carrier.

I hope this helps. Good luck fliers!

Can you please explain the CP flight details further. Was it a codeshare with a CP flight number, and who was the non-OneWorld carrier: Alaska/Horizon, Air Pacific, Alitalia...?

Since you asked it was a Canadian Flight which was supposedly code-shared and operated by Alaska (who really had sold their flights to Horizon Air who eventually operated the flight).

It was a miserable time at the airport since my supposed CP flight was connecting to a CX flight. So much for OneWorld. They were all useless at check-in and never guaranteed my CX connection.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience. I thought it might have been one of the Horizon flights on the Calgary, Seattle, Vancouver triangle. Thanks for the info, since its useful to know how code shares are being treated on non-oneworld alliance airlines.
