Qf rtw desk e-mail

Does anyone know the e-mail address for the QF RTW Desk. I am told there is one but the QF agent could not find it when I called.

Thanks

Agree. Just normal phone agents, some of whom do not know what a *ONE* is
May be getting confused with ticketing back office

Just phone up and make booking over the phone. There is no special department that handles them

If it is a routing that doesn't auto price the taxes and charges, then it may be quite a long phone call

I would recommend booking longhaul sectors on QF where possible since QF does not apply carrier surcharges on its own flights when booking ATWs; can save several hundred dollars from Euope-Asia/Pacific

Interesting. If you then change flights to non-QF, will the carrier surcharges then be applied?
