Has IB reduced its redemption window to partners?

Last month I was able to book with Asia Miles on 20 Oct 16 for a 25 Sep 17 IB flight (T+340)
I was pretty sure I can go all the way up to T+354 on IB that day

Today (8 Nov 16, after 00:00 GMT) I was troubleshooting for a friend and noticed AM and QF FF cannot see IB flights after 25 Sep 17. BAEC shows seats up to T+354 as before but I understand IB is "own" to BAEC (as opposed to "partner" for AM/QF FF).

This is same for simple intra-Europe (MAD-LHR) and TATL (MAD-EZE)

Anyone else notice these changes?
