Air Berlin OneWorld Availability out of LAX non-existent?

Hi all,

Trying to crack this case:

I see LAX-DUS starting this Summer, but all the flights have zero seats showing until the end of the season.

Is this due to extremely high popularity? I also don't think I saw any out of SFO either, which makes me thing it's all of a west coast issue.

I saw some out of Boston & JFK about a month ago or so.

I am searching on EF & BA for award availability.

Anybody know of their pattern for opening availability?
Most of these flights have very little booking as far as paid seats go according to EF.

Thanks much in advance for any insight!

As per your other thread the AB forum is the correct place for your question

Ah, ok. I thought because it was OneWorld availability it'd get an answer here. I submitted that a month ago and nobody was able to come to any conclusions....

Oneworld is a marketing organisation
No such thing as OneWorld availability. Each airline operates independently
Asking the same question again after not getting a reply you like in the original question does not change the way AB operates or releases award seats.
