Why no QR award availability on IAD-DOH?

It forces me to fly PHL-DOH instead which requires first flying DCA-PHL, an extra inconvenience...

Redeeming through which program? Once that is determined you question is better addressed in the forum for that program.

Apologies. Redeeming through AAdvantage miles. I thought it was a Oneworld related question.

The obvious answer is that the yields are high enough on the route that they don't open up much award space. I know it's possible, as I've flown on just that route using AA miles. This was soon after they started the service, and that usually means that awards are more readily available until word gets out.

Same thing for F awards on LHR/DOH. In fact I can't even find any A seats on that route.

Questions regarding specific FF programs and awards should be directed to the relevant airline forum; accordingly I'm going to close this thread.
