RJ availability showing on AA.com but not BA.com
(I'm fairly new to Flyertalk, please move my thread elsewhere if it's more appropriate)
I'm trying to use avios to book Royal Jordanian between IST and AMM in December. It's the only flight that works and is usually like 200-300$ one-way, so a perfect use of Avios. However, while American shows availability on the nonstop every single day (albeit only in J, whereas I would prefer Y for a short flight on an E-195) British Airways only shows me a connecting flight through London, which I have no interest in whatsoever.
I really hate calling Executive Club and don't want to do so if the wait for an agent is going to be ended with them telling me my only option is through LHR. But of course I also don't want to spend 60,000 American miles when I could spend 30,000 Avios. Does anyone know why it wouldn't be showing on the BA website? Will their agents be able to "see" the space?

Just because seats are showing as available on aa.com does not mean they can be booked. Both BAEC and AA often have problems with RJ availability.
