Kyrgyzstan on Miles?
Hello all,
I can get to Kyrgyzstan on Star Alliance for 85K (United), but I was wondering if there was a way to get there with oneworld. I have checked both AA and BA sites but haven't found anything. That said, perhaps there is a way to piece together an itinerary that is too complex for the websites and do it by phone. Just wanted to find out if anyone had heard of anyone doing this before or had any experience flying into this country.
Thank you.

It looks like S7 flies from Novosibirsk (OVB) to Osh (OSS) and Bishkek (FRU).

Thanks. I was definitely thinking it would be via S7 but neither AA nor BA would show it on their tools.
I suppose I could piece together an itinerary manually and call to book. Is S7 generally available via the AA/BA web tools?

If you have access to enough US miles, check them as well, there's an anomaly in the award chart that all the Central Asian Stans are included in North Asia. Maybe this is good for you, maybe not but it's an absolute bargain from NE Asian countries. I expect that will disappear once the charts are merged unfortunately.
