OW Fare Advice
Dear FTers
I wish to travel in July 2015 on the following itinerary:
DOH - MIA (stopover) - SCL (stopover) - MIA (stopover) - DOH
Normally we book in Y/Y+ for daytime flights and C/J for night flights (also sometimes try to miles for upgrade) but understand that this may not be possible in a mixed metal trip.
Appreciate any guidance on OW fare options which are more cost efficient than booking a regular fare with a carrier.

Really I am looking for suggestions pertaining to OW fare offers (multi continent/RTW) which could reduce this cost
Even people living in Qatar have a budget!

A RTW fare on OW is highly unlikely to save you much if anything. You'd get more (in terms of being able to stop more places), but that's not your objective.
I plugged in some random July dates and got $1300 on BA to MIA + $1000 on LAN to SCL; I'd say $2300 is quite a bit below $3500, so you must have highly constrained dates.
