Beijing Lounges

Does anyone know how far apart are the CX and BGS (used by JL, BA, AY etc) lounges are? Which would be best for an Emerald with a long wait in BJS?

Who are you flying? The best lounge is probably the CX lounge, which is the only non-third party lounge.

They all suck. Is your layover too short to escape from the airport for a couple of hours? (The Hilton is quite nice, and has a good gym/spa.)
