OW flights transit at DME with S7 and CX
I plan to fly a round trip HEL - DME - HKG with S7 + CX. The ticket seems issued on one ticket by CX.
S7692 HEL 12:45 - DME 15:40
CX204 DME 17:15 - HKG 6:15
Return:
CX207 HKG 00:55 - DME 07:10
S7691 DME 11:00 - HEL 12:05
Seem no visa required for international - international transit at DME within 24h.
But I would like to know whether S7 check-in desk at HEL could issue the CX leg BP and the luggage could be checked directly to HKG. And also for the return, how is the situation for S7 BP and the checked luggage at HKG?
Only 1h35m transit time at DME for the departure leg. I just wonder if the following DME-HKG leg is missed, will CX re-route me to other carriers, since CX has no daily flight on this route. It would be a nightmare to be stuck at DME and particular with no Russian visa.

Any tips or information will be appreciated.

I'd imagine that bag will be through-checked and both BPs issued at the point of origin. I actually am planning to take either or both directions in a few months, so I would love to hear back either from OP or someone who did it before.
