Which lounge in LHR T3?

While CX's own lounge was open, it was my favorite. I'm looking forward to it reopening.
Among the other two, I prefer BA for food+drink, AA for showers and quiet atmosphere. As pointed out above, they are near each other and if you are not pressed for time, you can easily do both.
