Advice: LONE4 from AMS
I'm on the verge of booking a LONE4 from Amsterdam as our honeymoon round the world in 2014. I feel pretty confident about our schedule, but it's the most expensive thing I ever bought, so I want to run it by the FT posters first. No real questions, however, please have a look at the schedule and if you have remarks/advice/... please share!
Is there a way to calculate my miles? I'll be using my AA ff#. Mileage monkey give me the total mileage, but doesn't factor in the non-earning airlines.
Is it an option to call for booking in a different economy class to get extra miles?
How likely is this to get booked through the online tool without hassle?
Thanks in advance

Only manually: just put into excel speadsheet if you use MS Excel
Look on the AA pdf timetable to see if any of these flights have an AA codeshare or codeshare with another airline that has better earning. CX L class is non earning in some FFP's.
Edit:
(a) BJS fail's in MM. PEK ? What airport does the flight go to ?
(b) MM:- Rule violated!!! Must start/end in same region/country! (not sure if that error is correct)
AMS-HKG-BKI-KUL-BJS-NRT-HNL,KOA-LAX-EZE-UIO-SCY-GYE,SCL-GIG-LHR in MM (tick ignore errors)
AMS-HKG-BKI-KUL-BJS-NRT-HNL,KOA-LAX-EZE-UIO-SCY-GYE,SCL-GIG-LHR in GCM

It is indeed PEK instead of BJS. I'll change it right now. That should fix the MM error.
Your dummy ends in LHR, but that's just the layover. It ends in AMS.
Thanks for looking into it.
For now, I just followed the RTW-tool for codeshares. I assume I can find more codeshares by checking the airlines. I suppose I can only book those by calling then?

I try to minimise use of code shares. Some code share flights won't let you select seats (eg the AA code on the JL metal flight LAX-NRT). Also, if there are flight cancellations / delays, getting things sorted can be a PITA when the operating carrier may not want to know you. But then again, code shares can yield good mileage whereas flying on the operating carrier code may not. You take the risk!
