Is this possible with the new flights via DXB to LHR?

Until such time as a oneworld member adds a flight between North/South America and Africa, or the rules about having to count Asia on a Kangaroo route flight, it is not possible to have a xONE3 when including South West Pacific, South America or Africa.

The rule requiring the counting of Africa may change with the upcoming QF SYD/MEL-DXB flights, but that won't be known until any rule updates come out in April.

The current rule states:
Travel between South West Pacific and Europe/Middle East on a single flight number/or by surface is considered travelling SWP-Asia-Europe/Middle East through three continents.

If this is to change, it would need new wording to allow the QF SYD/MEL-DXB as not counting Asia, while still having that restriction on the BA LHR-SIN-SYD.

Does anyone remember the wording of the old rule to cover the AA ORD-DEL flights requiring a min of xONE3?
