Would that be
- AA Gold Status
- BA Gold status
- QF Gold status
- ...
They are all different
- AA Gold ranks as Oneworld Ruby status
- BA Gold ranks as Oneworld Sapphire, or is it Emerald, I'm not sure
- QF Gold ranks as Oneworld Sapphire
There is no alliance-wide Gold status
Status in a member's FFP can be equivalent to Oneworld Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald (or nothing)

No fast ways to Emerald.
AA has challenges, but they are limited to Ruby and Sapphire equivalents...
The most optimal program depends on your routing, class and fare class.

No flying required.
You just need an Amex Centurion card issued in Canada, UK and several other countries. Just call amex to find out.

Fast way?
Go to the airport immediately and buy the first OW flight you can get on. Repeat at your destination.
Snarkiness aside, butt in seat on premium cabin flights would be practically the fastest way to do it. Same goes for any alliance since you cross-posted into the Star Alliance forum.

In light of the OP's suspension and answers already provided, I'm closing this thread.
