It's already possible:

http://www.aa.com/i18n/AAdvantage/ea.../airberlin.jsp

But I imagine you'll be able to earn 100% on all fares once they join OW.

On the day of joining, the Aadvantage website still lists AB under the headline "Additional Airline Participants"

On the Oneworld site, however, the newcomer is properly introduced:

aa.com shows AB as a oneworld member for me. I guess you checked before aa did their website update, usually sometime in the early early morning.
