You have to have a flight on MA for the match while LA gives status matches based on travel history. MA does seem to have generous matching policy though.

Not any more. The access to BA lounges has been enhanced away and now only applies to Terraces and Executive Club lounges, whereas the vast majority of BA lounges are now Galleries.

That is being worked on by QF, and was a BA decision which QF is not happy with.

Depends on whom you ask At least one report on the BA forum is of a lounge dragon stating that QF does not wish to pay BA the level of access fee that BA wanted.

Getting off topic - but reports from this site's official company representative, Red Roo indicate the issue is not 's. I am surmising then that paid membership access to BA lounges is the sticking point - the JSA dictates that T3 lounges must be available, but perhaps not T5.

Im bringing this old thread back to life. I fly with oneworld rather seldom and would like to know if there's easy status match or something to get me lounge access with oneworld? Thank you in advance!
