No worries... as others mentioned, do be careful and make sure that you get a fare that is a full point earning class. Looking at fares to SFO for July, the lowest fare (ex tax) is GBP842 which is in N class , however only earns 50% points ) whilst the cheapest fare which is a full point earning fare ( V class ) is GBP1000 (ex tax) . I would say it is worth a one off GBP150 to get the challenge completed and have Platinum status instantly though. Originally Posted by JuniorAK
