Circle Atlantic value?
I took a brief look at CIRCAT fares to see if they'd be useful and came to the conclusion that I couldn't see what they would do for almost anyone. I poked half-a-dozen starting points into EF (for D class) and the cheapest I could find was USD6413+++ for ex-CAI 17K miles ($7189 for the 21K level).
YVR was most expensive on my short list, at USD8904/9805.
