What's the right OW program for me?

Hi all,

I'm travelling TLV-BUD-HEL-NRT and back, first leg (TLV-BUD) with Malev and the rest with Finnair. I'm travelling in business class but don't have my booking class yet (I doubt this makes a difference though).

My question is this: which OW program will offer the highest mileage accumulation with respect to the cost of reward flights? Qualification for upper-tier status is secondary in my case since I doubt I'll be travelling much in the coming year, esp with OW airlines.

Thanks!

The booking class does matter in some cases. E.g. you only earn 70% on JAL I fare which is a discounted business class fare on JAL flights. Not sure about other programs but the more info you provide the more accurate answer you will get.

It may be wise to consider the airport you will be using most and which OW carriers provide service from there.
