Is the OW RTW Pricing broken?

I built up an ex Japan and ex USA ex UK itinerary, but it gives me this error..

'Sorry, there was an error. The booking engine could not be contacted: Input string was not in a correct format.'

I'm not sure I understand an itinerary that is "ex Japan and ex USA ex UK" but I assume you mean you are starting in Japan and traveling via the US and the UK?

Ticketing is (usually) done by the marketing carrier of the first flight so the "booking engine" it is trying to contact will vary depending on which airline that is. All I can suggest is that you clarify your question and/or try again.

fumitani, I'm getting the same error since yesterday (14th January) while trying to price out an itinerary on the RTW tool. If anyone's interested, by first carrier is Royal Jordanian, thus using the American Airlines booking engine to book and price tickets. Which carriers were your first flights on? Could always be an AA issue.

My first flights were on RJ, JL, AA, CX, BA, QF

I tried all kinds of different combinations. Yet it still gives me this error

I tried starting from. MAD, LHR, DXB, AMM, LAX, JFK, SIN, HKG, NRT, KIX etc...

Hmmmm.. worked for me 10 mins ago, using Chrome. Then, changed a couple of flights and tried again, and the same error message pops up.
