DONE4 - one segment not visible
I hold a DONE4 ticket issued by Iberia. Due to a timetable change, one of the connections was no longer possible and a re-routing was necessary. Instead of flying with MX from PTY via MEX to LAX, I could change to AA from PTY via MIA to LAX. Iberia changed the ticket without charging any change fee, as it was an involuntary re-routing. (It was before the MX went into bankruptcy - unrelated to this event).
Now, the issue I have: The new PTY-MIA leg is neither visible on Galileo (viewtrip), Amadeus (checkmytrip) nor on the IB or BA online tool. However, the IB ticket office says it's booked, confirmed and ticketed. They also provided me with a pdf-printout of the e-ticket which shows it both confirmed (HK) and ticketed.
Is this likely to cause any trouble? Will AA be able to see my booking and ticket, when checking-in in PTY? I will obviously carry a hardcopy of the pdf.

Call AA (as the operating carrier of the missing segment) and ask them to check your booking.
Also ask for the AA (Sabre) PNR and you should be able to access the booking up online.

Thanks for your advice. I called AA and they confirmed that the booking is o.k. including the ticket.
BTW: after MX going bust definitely, I'm lucky to be rebooked to AA, although this was unrelated to the MX situation in the first place

That is VERY strange.
Since Iberia use Amadeus, can you plug your IB booking reference into www.checkmytrip.com and bring up your booking.
Look for:
your flight selection
and under that:
Airline confirmation number(s):
There should be an entry for American Airlines ...
If it's the same as the one you have then I'm not sure what is going on.
