Not completing AONE3 on CX

I am currently in the middle of an AONE3 ticketed by and mostly flown with CX. I may not fly the last 2 sectors (ending in an Asian city, not HKG). Anyone have any experience of CX getting difficult over this?

I have had several ONEX in the past and so far have always flown all sectors so I am not likely to be tagged as a serial offender.

I wouldn't be overly worried, you could simply have changed your plans.

I know people who do this fairly regularly and never run into a problem. In your situation i would take the (extremely small) risk.

Ticket Expired

If ever questioned, I would just say, "Oh, dear. My plans changed & the ticket is only good for 1-year from the date of 1st flight. So I was unable to use".
Seems valid to me.

Well, yes, but then you haven't completed the itinerary. Seems to me that they could then invalidate your ticket and charge you for the point-to-point fares of the flights you did fly. Not their problem if your plans changed. That said, I've now done this twice (both with AA issued tix) and had no problems.

Were they paper or electronic tickets?

Just did this last month with no issues (yet!). It was unintentional -- at least until a couple weeks prior to segment 16, when I realized I wouldn't be able to make the last stop to get back where I started.

Like others have said, it should be fine.
