Which OW program

I have approx 23k of upcoming business class travel and would like advice on which FF program to credit the trips. I will probably add another 10-20k in economy later in the year as well.

I have membership numbers with AA, CX, QF and BA and OW Ruby status with CX.

Easiest would be to credit to CX and requalify for Silver but there is no way I will make Gold, and I also don't like their fuel surcharges.

AA or BA are the next options. I am 0.7x towards lifetime million miles at AA but I don't fly them often. I have no status with BA but I like their one-way partner awards.

Are there any OW carriers that have easier mid-tier elite qualification than CX and AA AND a good redemption award chart?

QF is probably easiest to make elite status if travelling in J,
but has average redemption and high fuel fines.

One slight advantage can be its one-way awards.

By having so many FF program's you have the risk you will loose miles by no activity.
Will this happen ?
