CX lounge access when flying JetStar?

I'll be flying from TPE to SIN via J* and was wondering if I'd possibly be able to access the CX lounge since I'm PLT with AA. I've searched and read others who have had success getting into QF lounges when flying as J* as OW sapphire, but am curious about CX or even JAL lounges in TPE.

My understanding is that it has to be on oneworld flight bear with oneworld flight number and some times has to be oneworld metal.

DeathStar is not a member of oneworld.

As IC6A said no luck. As there is no QF lounge in TPE and its not a OW airline so CX and JL won't grant acess.

Enjoy the orange :-:

Note, that in reverse (ie SIN to TPE), you *should* also not get access

Qantas rules for oneworld Emerald / Sapphire.
"Member and 1 guest can access lounge on day of departure of a oneworld flight"

Note that Qantas Plats/ Golds would get access.

Yeah, I searched the forums, but was wondering if anyone had actually tried it. I'll report back in about a month on my results.

JQ do not fly between TPE and SIN; 3K does.

So, SG & QP do NOT get access to Qantas lounges. WP would by making use of anytime access.

Qantas Club members travelling with Jetstar* are welcome in any Qantas Club or QantasLink lounge. Simply show your boarding slip and Qantas Club card, or Platinum or Gold Qantas Frequent Flyer card, at the lounge reception. ...

* Jetstar refers only to (JQ) flights. Qantas Club members and Gold Frequent Flyers travelling on Jetstar Asia (3K) and Valuair (VF) do not have access to lounges. Only Platinum Frequent Flyers can gain access to International Business lounges and Domestic Qantas Club Lounges when travelling on Jetstar Asia (3K) and Valuair (VF).
